As a catering company, food remains our top love. Each menu can be fully customized and has room for your cherished family recipe or favorite special dishes from your travels. Some past favorites are: taco bars, Memphis Style hot chicken from Gus's World Favorite Fried Chicken, Bon Mi sandwiches, . Our chefs take great pride in everything we create, from the ingredients, to the preparation, to the presentation.

We are proud to offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan selections to either create a full menu or just to include a few options . We guarantee that even those guests doubtful about vegan food will be wowed!

VEGAN & VEGETARIAN

We love working with the freshest of ingredients which is why we use as many local food vendors and seasonal foods as we can. Daily catches from our surrounding waters include day boat scallops from our local fleet and Wellfleet oysters fresh from the flats. We also use many fruits and vegetables from local farms or herbs picked directly from Cosmos's own garden. We love to incorporate food as close to home as possible.
