Louisa and Michael had a picture perfect day for their wedding in East Orleans. It was a day with a lot of personal touches…from their all vegan menu, to their choreographed first dance. We enjoyed the challenge of presenting a menu that would appeal to all the guests and being a part of the love and high spirits of the event. The Seitan Stroganoff with mushroom gravy over mashed potatoes, Pasta with Pesto, Roasted Tomatoes and Italian Style Baked Tofu along with the make your own Fajita Station put many of the non vegan guests at ease with the culinary choices. The first dance choreographed to a country music song was the crowning touch. All in all, a great day to the start of a great marriage. Congratulations Louisa and Michael!
